I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tina Allen to help plan several incredible cruises, including Explora II, Icon of the Seas, and Wonder of the Seas. I have another one that I have booked with her on Celebrity in January. Every detail of each trip has been seamless from start to finish. Tina goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She’s helped me choose the right travel insurance, recommended excellent excursions, and ensured I had all the proper travel documents in order. Her knowledge, organization and dedication make the planning process so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a travel agent who truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to create memorable experiences.

Our very first cruise was in 2017 and my husband found Tina, who was so very patient with us new cruisers. 8 years and 8 cruises later she still is doing a wonderful job in taking care of my husband and I for all our cruises and travel needs. This year was the British Isles and Tina organized our hotel in London (right across from Big Ben!) This was the beginning of pinch me moments. The location was ideal for exploring London both on foot and bus. The taxis were prevalent in this area to take us to see Wicked in the West End. Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and so many other great sights. Finally Tina obtained a wonderful ride from London to the port for our Cruise around the British Isles. Ireland and Scotland are GORGEOUS!!!, stress-free, and amazing from start to finish. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

We enjoy traveling. We primarily coordinated our own international travel since 1993, with the occasional assistance from different travel agents. We had the good fortune of being referred to Tina Allen when Rick was attempting to upgrade our reservation and the cruise line required that such a change be done via a travel agent. What good luck for us. Not only did she get us the upgrade, but other perks as well. She is friendly, fun, informative, and incredibly efficient. We no longer consider organizing travel without Tina’s guidance. She always has advice based on real experiences and helps us with every trip, a great travel agent and amazing cruise travel agent ! I have been traveling (both domestic and abroad) extensively for 50 plus years and I have NEVER had a better experience with a travel agent. Tina Allen will be our family and friends travel agent forever. She is knowledgeable,friendly and considerate of our needs. I am only sorry that I found Tina Allen in my "golden" years but, I will definitely recommend her to anyone that is planning a trip. 

 Tina has been an exceptional agent from the first day I met her. Tina always goes over and beyond her call of duty. Even after my husband and I put a down payment to secure our cruise, Tina consistently keeps her eyes open for any great deals like extra OBCs that she can pass on to us. Her friendly demeanour makes her a pleasure to speak to. Although I have never met Tina personally, I feel like I have known her my entire life. Tina Allen is the BEST CRUISE AGENT ever. I would never book a cruise without her... she ALWAYS GETS A BETTER DEAL than direct booking with cruise line. She says "Anything they can do....I can do BETTER" and that is true. She has booked a number of cruises for us and our siblings.
